Tous les abonnements sont NON REMBOURSABLES.

Les abonnements mensuels et trimestriels sont des abonnements à renouvellement automatique.

Mon abonnement demeurera actif et les paiements continueront d’être prélevés automatiquement jusqu’à ce que JE PROCÈDE MOI-MÊME À L’ANNULATION.

Il est de ma responsabilité de gérer et d’annuler mon abonnement avant la prochaine date de facturation si je ne souhaite pas poursuivre.

La Tanière / The Den n’est pas responsable des oublis d’annulation, des paiements récurrents ou du non-usage des services.

Aucun remboursement, crédit ou rétrofacturation ne sera accordé pour un oubli d’annulation ou pour des services non utilisés.

Toute demande d’annulation doit être effectuée conformément aux procédures établies par le gym.

By signing this document, I acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:

All memberships are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Monthly and tri-monthly memberships are RECURRING MEMBERSHIPS with automatic renewal.

My membership will remain active and payments will continue automatically until I CANCEL THE MEMBERSHIP MYSELF.

It is my responsibility to manage and cancel my membership before the next billing date if I do not wish to continue.

La Tanière / The Den is not responsible for forgotten cancellations, recurring charges, or unused services.

No refunds, credits, or chargebacks will be issued for forgotten cancellations or unused services.

Any cancellation request must follow the gym’s established cancellation procedures.
